Weekly Watchlist Report - 11/17-11/21, 2025


This report covers what I’m watching to kick off the week, levels on the QQQs I’m watching, along with insights on the Mag 7 stocks that catch my interest ahead of an important earnings season. It also includes my watchlist, highlighting the stocks I’ll be focusing on at the open today. Lastly, I break down two swing trade ideas, one earnings trade, and explore a couple of trade concepts around these stocks.


News & Events


US–Switzerland Trade – The White House announced a new framework with Switzerland, highlighting at least USD 200bln of planned investment from Swiss and Liechtenstein firms into the U.S., including USD 67bln in 2026. Major companies such as Roche (ROG SW), Novartis (NOVN SW), ABB (ABBN SW) and Stadler (SRAIL SW) have already unveiled commitments, with more expected. Under the deal, reciprocal tariff rates will be capped at 15%, matching EU treatment. Switzerland and Liechtenstein will eliminate tariffs on a range of agricultural and industrial goods — including nuts, seafood, fruits, chemicals and spirits — while Switzerland will introduce tariff‑rate quotas for U.S. poultry, beef and bison. Both sides also pledged to address non‑tariff barriers that have restricted U.S. market access.

US President Trump warned that countries continuing business with Russia will face sanctions under new legislation, adding that Iran could also be included.

US President Trump said he does not expect further tariff rollbacks will be needed.

US BLS said September employment data (NFP) will be released on November 20, 2025, followed by September real earnings on November 21.

NY Fed Manufacturing Survey (Nov): Current business conditions rose to +18.7, well above expectations of +5.8 and higher than October’s +10.7.

  • GOOG - Alphabet announced plans to invest USD 40bln in three new Texas data centers by 2027 to expand AI computing capacity, with sites in Armstrong County and two in Haskell County, one of which will include a solar and battery facility to ease grid demand. Disney and YouTube TV have settled their licensing dispute, restoring ABC, ESPN, and other Disney channels from November 15 after a two‑week blackout that disrupted sports and news coverage. In India, Google intends to boost its data hub investment above USD 15bln, according to Andhra Pradesh’s Chief Minister, though details remain limited. Meanwhile, Berkshire Hathaway (BRK) disclosed a Q3 purchase of 17.9mln Alphabet shares, building a USD 4.9bln stake equal to about 0.31% of the company.

  • AAPL - Apple has stepped up succession planning for CEO Tim Cook, with preparations underway for him to potentially step down as early as next year. According to the Financial Times, John Ternus, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering, is widely viewed as the leading candidate to succeed Cook.

  • AMZN - Amazon is launching its first U.S. high-grade bond sale in three years, planning to raise about $12 billion, according to Bloomberg.

  • NVDA - Peter Thiel Sells All Nvidia Shares, Cuts Back on Tesla

  • UBS - Company has spoken to Bessent about moving the bank to the US based on Swiss regulation. UBS responded to the FT report by reaffirming its commitment to remain headquartered in Switzerland and continue operating successfully as a global bank.

  • BA - Boeing will prioritise stabilising factory operations before pursuing further aircraft production increases in 2026. Following U.S. regulatory approval to lift 737 output to 42 per month from 38, the company said it will consolidate at this level first, reflecting caution after past production setbacks. Separately, Boeing successfully flight‑tested the upgraded Remote Vision System 2.0 on its KC‑46 tanker, resolving camera issues that had delayed deliveries. The system, showcased at the Dubai Airshow, marks significant progress on the multibillion‑dollar programme, which the U.S. Air Force had previously warned could face delays until 2027.

  • TSLA - Tesla is reportedly directing its U.S. suppliers to avoid using China‑made components in vehicle production, according to the Wall Street Journal. The move highlights the impact of ongoing Washington–Beijing tensions on corporate supply chains.

  • RTX - RTX Corporation – Pratt & Whitney has delivered enough engines to Airbus to cover its 2025 aircraft commitments and is now supplying units for 2026, with executives confirming alignment ahead of the Dubai Airshow. In a separate development, the U.S. approved a potential USD 3.5bln sale of RTX‑made missiles to Germany, including 173 SM‑6 Block I and 577 SM‑2 Block IIIC systems plus related equipment, as Berlin strengthens its defense capabilities.

  • JAZZ -Ziihera combined with chemotherapy showed a clear and statistically significant improvement in PFS compared to trastuzumab with chemotherapy, along with a meaningful effect trending toward statistical significance for OS at the first interim analysis. When paired with the PD-1 inhibitor Tevimbra (tislelizumab) and chemotherapy, Ziihera delivered significant gains in both OS and PFS over trastuzumab with chemotherapy. The company intends to file a supplemental BLA for this indication in the first half of 2026.

  • QUBT - Quantum Computing reported Q3 EPS of $0.01, surpassing the estimated loss of $0.06, with sales of $384,000 beating the $116,667 estimate.

  • RBRK - Mizuho has upgraded Rubrik from Neutral to Outperform, setting a price target of $97.
